Titan's dynamic programming system is engineered to help you to thrive. By providing opportunities for you to strengthen your social, mental, & physical wellbeing in as little as 25 minutes per day!

 Select from a smorgasbord of exceptional tailored 25 minute training blocks. 

You can choose to smash out one block or stack them together for a hybrid training session!

Bookings (check ins) are taken in 55 minute training intervals. You can choose to stay for one 25 minute training block or two blocks per interval. To train for longer book multiple intervals.
