Kia Ora, I've updated the Titan Training Ground website and training schedule.

Sessions name's have been modified. Each session type has a description which details what the session is about. Titan Strike incorporates Thai Boxing, Boxing, Dutch Kick Boxing plus Strength and Conditioning. Titan Strike is for those that want to learn proper technique and to work hard. Basically Titan Strike fit is focused on fitness with moderate attention to technique, Supa Octane is focused on building mental and physical strength, yoga is about improving mobility, stability, and breathing. Titan Competition training is for those that would like to compete and who understand the tenets of team work, hard works, and investing in the long game.
