TTG Supa - Octane

TTG Supa - Octane is a high intensity interval training program. Which is designed to give you an high energy full body workout in next to no time at all.
 
It's ideal for those of you who would like to fit a dynamic workout into your busy schedule. You'll be encouraged, motivated, and pushed to destroy the barriers which are currently holding your health and fitness goals back.
 
The program is designed to push you out of your comfort zone both mentally and physically. Doing so will see you rise to you heights in your quest for greater health, fitness, and confidence.
 
TTG Supa - Octanes unique system is divided into 5 minute micro high intensity workouts with 1 minute revitalization periods in between. 9 sets are delivered back to back during a session.
It's up to you, the amount of time that you have, and your health and fitness goals. Train for 5 intense minutes or for all 9 sets (52min) . You'll get an amazing high energy workout either way!
