About the event
Ōtautahi Christchurch Interclub Sparring (OCIS) is the place to unite as one super club where we can all sharpen our skill sets in a professional, welcoming environment geared towards self-improvement and the development of combat sports.
To participate, you'll need a positive attitude, self control, and be open to learning and helping others to do the same. This will be done in a safe, professional, and progressive space. All levels of ability, age, and fitness are welcome.
On the day, bring the following equipment.
A bottle of water.
A sweat towel.
16 oz sparring gloves (80 kg>).
