What to expect at Titan Training Ground?  

To be treated with respect.

To be valued for who your are.

To be supported, encouraged and motivated.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. If you're worried about your fitness level

then that's exactly why you should start.

We all need to begin somewhere, right?!

Titan Training Ground caters to your

individual needs, abilities and goals.

We do suggest seeking medical advise before

participating in physical activity.

I'm concerned or self-conscious about my ability, size, appearance, etc

Don't be. You are who you are and that is a glorious thing.

Be you for you.

Discriminatory and judgmental attitudes

are not tolerated at TitanTG.

Titan Training Ground is an all inclusive

centre which is here for you.

Do I need to be flexible?

Flexibility comes in time with training.

Our programs are designed to help you to improve

your range of motion and flexibility.

Given time your flexibility and mobility will increase.

Yoga and regular massage can also help.

Will I be expected to fight?

Nope, everyone chooses to participate in

Muay Thai - Kick Boxing for different reasons.

We work with you and in line with your goals and aspirations.

What should I bring to my first session?

A bottle of water

and a healthy and positive attitude.

A sweat towel too.

Boxing gloves, shin guards etc if you have them. If not, then

TitanTG will supply them for your trial class

or personal equipment can be hired from TitanTG.

What gear do I need to start with?

Basically just you, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing.

If you have boxing gloves, shin guards etc then perfect

bring them along.

If not we'll sort you out for your first session.

Will I need my own equipment?

Not to begin with or for your trial class -

 but it's definitely best practice and more hygienic to have your own boxing gloves, hand wraps.

As you progress in your training shin guards, a mouth, and a groin guard will be required.

You will need to invest in the personal equipment listed above after the first fortnight of your membership.

Alternatively, hire equipment options are also available from TitanTG on a short term basis.

What should I wear?

Clothing which allows for a good range of motion.

I have long hair should I tie it up?

Absolutely! A pony tail, bun or similar is ideal.

What happens during a class?

Our experienced and friendly instructors will

guide you through your practice.

They'll work with you to ensure your safety during classes.

The class will begin with a warm up and

will include technique, mobility, and strength training.

May I ask questions?

Yes, please do.

All questions are welcome and encouraged.
