Cancellation Policy

Remember to book in for all classes. It's a legal requirement to do so. Bookings can be made online via TitanTG's website or app. Late booking can be made on arrival at the Pro Store counter or by asking your coach to book you in. Please notify TitanTG or cancel via the online booking system asap. If you are unable to make it to your booked session. All personal training sessions must be prepaid 24 hours in advance of the requested session. Missed Personal training sessions will not be reimbursed. Let's respect one another's time and energy.
