SHANNON
Striking & Conditioning Specialist
Coach Shannon has extensive knowledge in Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing and Strength and Conditioning. Shannon has trained regularly in Thailand. He lives an active lifestyle participating in snowboarding, Mountain Biking, Yoga, and weight training. He loves being on the go!
RAFAEL
BJJ, MMA & Conditioning Specialist
Coach Rafael originally from Brasil learned his craft from a young age. Rafael is a dedicated martial artist and has competed in both BJJ & MMA. Winning 10 world titles in BJJ. In later life he has shared his knowledge in Brasil, China and now New Zealand.
CLAUDIA
Kickboxing & Conditioning Specialist
Coach Claudia has an avid sporting back ground having played and coached netball. While also picking up kickboxing. This combined with her level 4 Certificate in Exercise alongside her level 5&6 Diploma in Sports, Recreation an Exercise makes for a strong mix of skill and knowledge.
